The first aerial yoga studio ever openned in Porto. We are based in the city center (Bonfim) ,in the heart of everything. Come for a class, stay forever. Experience the unique moment in our small, homey studio that brings women from all corners of the world together.

Book and individual lesson or a small group class with max 6 students. Each class is a unique, new experience, in an environment that welcomes all body types and needs. Here, movement, empowerment, and individuality are explored, and femininity is celebrated.

Our focus is education. Helping you understand how your body works, how to take care of yourself, and how to follow your own rhythm in every phase of your life. And Aerial Yoga is a wonderful tool for that.

I believe a woman deserves special care—pregnancy, postpartum, the menstrual cycle, menopause—all of these shape our bodies and deserve to be respected and reflected in our daily lives and in the way we move.
