A baby was born — and a mother was born too. Yes, a new version of you, one you’ll get to know little by little. So much has changed, and the body that has always been your home feels different now. And you know what? That is completely normal. I am hare here to help you find your way and (re)build the life you want from this moment forward.
Maybe you’d like to return to the gym, go for a run, or get back to a sport you loved — but need some guidance to make it happen. Or perhaps you’re feeling tired, anxious, and unsure how to fit in self-care while caring for your baby. What if you need to hear that you will find yourself again? It’s time to begin giving yourself a little space, breathe… and that is exactly why I amhere. What if I offer you comfy blanket, cup of tea and we start building the motherhood you want for youself?
What should you expect
My pregnancy yoga & postpartum recovery sessions go far beyond physical exercise. I am here to listen, support, and care for you — just as you now care for the new little person you brought into this world. Allow yourself to be cared for so you can have the energy, motivation, and capacity to live this absolutely incredible journey called motherhood.
Here, in our cozy yoga studio, you can be vulnerable and ask all your questions. Here, you can release stress, uncertainty, and anxiety, and recharge your energy. I’m here to help you reconnect with your feminine strength — the strength that has grown and expanded since the moment you became a mother.

How does it work
During our first post-partum recovery session, I will ask you a few gentle questions to understand where you are in your journey and what we can work on together. Many women come to me with a specific idea of the care they think they need — and as we walk side by side, we often discover new, deeper ways to support your body, mind, and nervous system.
We can meet weekly, biweekly, or design longer monthly sessions. We start slow with your healing journey. Step by step, I will offer you knowledge, techniques, and guidance so you can reconnect with your body, find ease, and experience motherhood with more lightness and peace. We will walk together towards strong, confident and happy version of yourself …

These sessions are designed especially for women who are ready to feel supported, grounded, and strong again. They are ideal for:
Gentle post-partum recovery and rebuilding core strength, including pelvic floor care
Postural re-education to ease back and neck pain, release body tension, and improve mobility and flexibility
Emotional support, a safe space to be heard, held, and welcomed as you are
Regaining physical strength and reconnecting with a functional, resilient body (including help with abdominal diastasis and healthy breathing patterns)
Expanding your understanding of motherhood and freeing yourself from limiting traditional expectations
Improving your day-to-day quality of life through healthy habits that truly have the power to transform your wellbeing
No previous yoga or fitness experience is needed — every woman starts exactly where she is.
