Private sessions are the best fit if you are completely new into aerial yoga and you have no experience with such a class. It´s perfect as a complementary activity to strength training, running or if you need a component of stress management, nervous system regulation or as wellness and self-care.
You can come for one lesson only and treat yourself with the unique experience. Or come weekly for completely personalised training build 100% based on your needs.
